I really enjoyed my Style at Home shoot, and I was thrilled to be featured in the magazine. Several people have asked how it came about so I thought I’d share 3 steps as to how to get your house featured in a magazine-  if that is your wish – from my own experience. 

Design Challenge : Emily’s Bathroom Mirror and Ceiling

Emily is my hairdresser! I visited her today and we spoke about #suziesuggests – my daily challenge to help solve interior dilemmas for my friends/followers on Instagram. She is currently renovating her bathroom and has chosen most of the fixtures and fittings but is looking for a mirror, and asked me to make some suggestions.

Design Challenge : Hannah’s Bathroom

Hannah tells me that she is removing the bath and the loo is moving to where the bath taps are; the sink is remaining where it is and a horizontal towel rail is going to either go under the window or moved to where the bath is currently placed.

Design Challenge : Louise’s Basin and Mirror

Louise is currently renovating her shower room – a project which has been expedited because of some structural work which needed to be corrected urgently. Racing against the clock to re-design this new room to fit in with her insurance builder’s tight deadlines has been a challenge.
